Dan and the team at Apero Creative Development are the ones powering the website and integrating registration etc.
WHO. Apero Creative Development is a team of experienced freelancers who create digital experiences that create real business value. Their collaboration was born out of a need to have a flexible work environment and a desire to work on exciting projects. I mean, who wouldn’t want to work on cool projects with awesome people?!
WHAT. The Apero team likes finding innovative ways to use technology to solve business problems for their clients. They have worked on some really interesting projects with organisations like Television Academy and building the nominations database for the Emmy’s website. They’ve also been working on paddlingmaps.com, an interactive website that allows paddlers to upload their paddling trips. Part of this project has been putting together a paddling buyers guide that will be released in August.
WHERE. Apero’s team is made up of 9 innovative and adventurous freelancers. They are primarily Kelowna-based, however they do have a few remote workers located in Vernon, Vancouver and Toronto.
From Dan and the Team: “We have a passion for supporting outdoor adventure businesses like the Toby Creek Festival. Helping to manage the web infrastructure and registration process let’s the rest of the team focus on creating an exciting event.”
